Good shampoos for fine hair prone to oily or dryness

I know from myself that it is not easy for girls with thin hair to find a suitable shampoo. Some add shine, but deprive it of volume, others make the hair get dirty by the evening, and still others turn hair into a dry washcloth and cause itching. Find more here: Best Dry Shampoos for Fine Hair

In this case, it is easiest to make friends with a shampoo that has an optimal ratio of SLS and moisturizing ingredients. Yes, I am aware that for the past few years everyone has been screaming about the dangers of sulfates, and I am also not from their camp. I am against sulfates in masks and balms, but when it comes to cleansing, I would rather choose a good sulfate shampoo than suffer with sulfate-free shampoo (none of the tested ones washed my hair qualitatively the first time).

The shampoo stays on our hair and scalp only for a minute, we do not make lotions or masks from shampoos, so if you do not have an allergic reaction to SLS, you should hardly bother too much. But if the absence of SLS is very important for you, then such a shampoo will be in this collection.

Through trial and error, I found out that light transparent or translucent shampoos that do not contain a lot of oils and silicones are suitable for my thin hair. In the comments under our articles on shampoos, I often meet similar opinions of girls with a similar hair type: everyone complains about oily and untidy hair after using nourishing oil shampoos, and notes friability and shine after using light versions.

Thin and dry hair should also not go too far with nourishing shampoos: yes, you will get beautiful shine and softness, but there is also a risk of being left with matted hair that has broken into 3 strands, and it is not small. Better to look for moisturizing and emollient versions with moderate oils.

I have selected 5 shampoos that are suitable for owners of thin, oily or dry hair. Let's take a closer look :)

Shampoo "Light nourishing" Pantene Pro-V Aqua Light Shampoo

The word "nutritious" in the name of the shampoo may scare off thin-haired girls, but the key characteristic here is still in the word "light". This shampoo has been in my bathroom for several months now - every morning it helps cleanse my hair and scalp with just 1 lather.

Davines Natural Tech Replumping Shampoo

If you still have not come to terms with the fact that your hair is thin, I advise you to take a closer look at Davines sulfate-free shampoo. During washing, the thickening agent envelops the hair, thereby visually and by touch increases the density.

Shampoo for colored fine hair L'Oreal Professionnel Serioxyl Clarifying Shampoo

This handsome man will not only wash your hair well, but also preserve its color. The transparent bluish substance foams quickly and cleans the scalp well the first time.

Since the composition contains menthol, the shampoo has a cooling effect - this gives an additional sensation of freshness and gives vigor in the morning.

Syoss Pure Volume Micellar Shampoo for Fine Hair

I have already talked about Pure Volume and praised the Syoss brand for finally releasing a light gel shampoo instead of the usual creamy ones. This is the first brand shampoo that I was 100% fit.

Shampoo "For volume" Profi Style

This shampoo from Profi Style made me believe several years ago that Ukrainian brands can pleasantly surprise me. Colorless and completely transparent, it washes your hair cool, really gives a noticeable volume and makes combing easier.
